Guwahati: The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) here has secured the 12th position in the National Institutional Rankings Framework (NIRF) in the ‘Pharmacy’ category this year. The institute has improved its position from last year’s 13th to 12th.
Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for Education and External Affairs, released the NIRF Rankings 2023 results on Tuesday.
Dr USN Murty, director, NIPER, said, “Our committed and dedicated efforts to keep improving ourselves have given us this result. It is a testament that we are on the right path, and we look forward to improve further and be a leader in the pharmaceutical research and education sector not just in Northeast India but in the country as well.”
