The collaboration was inked through memorandums of understanding with the state government, Abhinav Futuristics Private Limited, Oil India Limited, and NRL “envisioning the establishment of sports training and rehabilitation centers in Guwahati and Jorhat”, informed a release. The project, valued at Rs 23.78 crore, carries an additional operational maintenance cost of approximately Rs 2.49 crore.
