New Delhi: Co-working space provider 315Work Avenue has leased 56,000 sq ft of office space in Pune to expand its business, responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company currently manages around 2.5 million sq ft of office space, offering 50,000 seats across key cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune.
The company is also looking to expand its presence in Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad while strengthening its foothold in existing markets. In Pune, 315Work Avenue operates six locations, with a total area of 0.6 million sq ft, providing approximately 12,000 seats in collaboration with leading developers such as Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja.
Manas Mehrotra, the founder of 315Work Avenue, noted that Pune's coworking sector has seen substantial growth in recent years, driven by a growing young workforce, the presence of major technology firms, and the rise of numerous startups.
