New Delhi: Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd (ZPOSL), a financial technology company, has revealed its purchase of stakes in two companies for a combined investment of approximately Rs 48 crore. The company now holds a 98.32 per cent ownership in Span Across IT Solutions and a 26 per cent stake in Mobileware Technologies.
Following the completion of the necessary procedures, Zaggle has invested Rs 32.07 crore to acquire a 98.32 per cent controlling interest in Span Across IT Solutions Private Limited, making it a subsidiary of Zaggle. The company has also invested Rs 15.60 crore to acquire a 26 pc ownership stake in Mobileware Technologies Private, as stated in a press release.
Span Across IT Solutions specializes in offering digital solutions for tax and accounting services, assisting businesses in simplifying their tax procedures. Mobileware specializes in technologies for digital payment ecosystems.
