New Delhi: Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd has been given a contract worth Rs 1,203 crore by real estate company Signature Global to build its residential project in Gurugram. Signature Global announced on Sunday that it has granted the construction contract for its high-end residential project 'Titanium SPR' in Sector 71, Gurugram. It was stated that the well-known construction company Capacit'e Infraprojects has been given the contract valued at Rs 1,203 crore. Covering an area of 14.382 acres, this development consists of a total of 608 units.
Signature Global Launches Landmark Titanium SPR Project, Sees Surge in Sales Bookings Amid Growing Demand
The project will be divided into two phases by the company for development. Signature Global released the initial phase of 2.1 million sq ft in June 2024 out of the total sales potential area of 3.7 million sq ft in this project. Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Signature Global, expressed his belief that Titanium SPR will become a landmark in the Delhi NCR region through the partnership with Capacit'e Infraprojects. Earlier in the month, Signature Global announced a nearly threefold surge in its sales bookings to Rs 2,780 crore in the second quarter of this financial year due to increased demand for its housing projects. The pre-sales for the previous year were recorded at Rs 980 crore.
In the April-September period of 2024-25, the company's sales bookings increased more than threefold to Rs 5,900 crore from Rs 1,860 crore in the same period of the previous year. Signature Global, with a strong foothold in the Gurugram market, achieved sales bookings worth Rs 7,270 crore in 2023-24 and set a target of Rs 10,000 crore for the ongoing fiscal year. Signature Global has successfully completed the construction of 11 million square feet of residential space. There are approximately 32.2 million square feet of saleable area planned for future projects, as well as 16.4 million square feet in current projects.
