Tamulpur: The district administration and Zonal Development Officer's Office in Tamulpur district, Assam, have launched a "Completeness Campaign" program at Tamulpur Higher Secondary School. A survey by the Policy Commission across India identified 112 districts and 500 development blocks as promising districts and development blocks.
However, Tamulpur district has not been identified as one of those. Niti Aayog emphasized the need to focus on small things, such as education, agriculture, and health, to make India a special country. Additional Commissioner Hemashree Khanikar and TLCC Chairman Pavithra Narzary delivered speeches on how to advance the district and development sector in education, agriculture, health, and social welfare.
The meeting was attended by Delhi NITI Aayog Youth Worker Hemangini Chowdhury, Tamulpur District Additional Commissioner Hemashree Khanikar, Assistant Commissioner Kabita Fancho, VCDC Chairman Pavithra Narzary, Tamulpur Development Zone Development Zone Officer Devkumar Basumatary, and ABP Fellow Raishu Boro.
The completion campaign began on July 4 and will end in September. The event was attended by officers and employees of various departments and over 500 people.
