NF Railway adds more special trains

Guwahati: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is extending several special train services on key routes. These extensions, which will maintain their current schedules and stoppages, aim to accommodate the heightened travel demand effectively.

Among the routes receiving extended services are Kamakhya-Anand Vihar Terminal, New Tinsukia-SMVT Bengaluru, Hapa-Naharlagun, and Mumbai Central-Katihar. For instance, train no. 02525 will operate from Kamakhya to Anand Vihar Terminal every Friday from July 5 to July 26, while train no. 02526 will run in the opposite direction every Sunday during the same period.

Similarly, other routes such as New Tinsukia-SMVT Bengaluru, Hapa-Naharlagun, and Mumbai Central-Katihar will see enhanced service frequencies tailored to meet passenger needs during peak travel times.

Passengers are advised to verify the exact timings and station stops on the IRCTC website before embarking on their journeys.
