Guwahati: In an exclusive interview, Chinmoy Bordoloi, Co-founder of SPM IAS Academy, shared his inspiring journey from an engineering background to pioneering a premier coaching institute for civil services in Assam. Chinmoy Bordoloi, who was working in Delhi, observed the challenges and lack of awareness surrounding civil service preparation, particularly in Assam and the Northeast region. His firsthand experience motivated him to address this gap.
Teaming up with four other visionary co-founders—Satyajit Kumar (an IIT Roorkee alumnus), Mridul Mishra (IIT Kanpur graduate), Chinmoy Bordoloi (Jorhat Engineering College), and Vivek Khetwat (operations specialist and co-founder of Majestic Academy)—they established SPM IAS Academy.
