In the future, we believe our new projects will surpass the market's expectations, rather than just meeting them. Saund stated that by having a clear vision and deliberately expanding into promising areas, they are ready to greatly improve their position in the Haryana real estate industry. He observed that the need for housing in Gurugram, along with other Tier II cities in Haryana, remains high. Per PropEquity, there was an 11 per cent increase in residential property sales in 30 Tier II towns last fiscal, showing that the growth in housing demand is not limited to major cities.
