Guwahati: A crucial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by the Army Institute of Nursing (AIN), Guwahati, and the National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) Ltd for building a new campus structure on November 27, 2024.
NPCC has been officially appointed as the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the project finalized at the headquarters of 51 Sub Area in Guwahati. The building work will happen at Narakasur Hill in Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam.

Major General RD Sharma, who also commands HQ 51 Sub Area, represented the Army Institute of Nursing, while NPCC Ltd Group General Manager YL Singh signed on behalf of NPCC.
According to the agreement, NPCC will supervise the project's planning, design, and construction stages to guarantee that it is finished successfully and on schedule. AIN will have access to cutting-edge facilities on the new campus to support the progression of nursing education and training.
This initiative showcases the organisation's dedication to improving the education for nursing professionals in Assam and building up the healthcare infrastructure in the Northeast.
