Guwahati: Bollywood’s hit-making machine Arijit Singh is all set to mesmerize audiences in Guwahati come December 16, and tickets for the much-anticipated concert at the ACA stadium in Barsapara are already up for grabs.

On Bookmyshow, an online ticketing app, tickets are being sold in six categories from Rs 1,000 all the way up to Rs 1,00,000. While the first category will earn you a seat in the stands, from where you can watch the spectacle unfold from afar, the priciest seats at Rs 1 lakh will buy you a 'platinum' seat right next to stage.

At the concert, Singh, known for his power-packed live performances, is set to unleash a number of his melodious hits. Notably, the National Award winner’s latest hit, ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ from the Rajkumar Hirani-Shah Rukh Khan collaboration ‘Dunki’ is quickly gaining steam as evidenced by its quick surge up the charts.

Singh, who is riding a wave of success after a string of chartbusters, is known to perform at venues with exorbitantly priced tickets. For reference, tickets for his concert in Kolkata earlier this year came with a hefty price tag: from Rs 2,500 - 75,000.

In the days leading up to the Arijit Singh concert, another spectacle is set to unfold at the Royal Global University where youth favourite B Praak will churn out a selection of his hit numbers. A relative newcomer to the scene, Praak is known for his power-packed numbers in Akshay Kumar-led movies ‘Kesari’ and ‘Good Newwz’, both released in 2019. Tickets for the Praak show will set you back by around Rs 1,000 - 3,000.

The stage for this rousing crescendo in Guwahati's concert was initially set by original maestro A R Rahman, who dazzled at the ACA in February with a series of his anthemic hits, replete with dazzling visual displays and glittering fireworks. The concert, attended by the crème de la crème of Assam, saw tickets being sold for as high as Rs 1.5 lakh, local media reported at the time.
