New Delhi: Al Mehwar Commercial Investments LLC sold 2.2% of their shares in Vijaya Diagnostic Centre for Rs 176 crore in an open market deal.
As per the bulk deal information on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Al Mehwar Commercial Investments LLC offloaded 22.50 lakh shares equivalent to a 2.2 percent ownership in the Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The stocks were sold for an average of Rs 783 each, resulting in a transaction amount of Rs 176.17 crore.
Shareholding data from the bourse indicated that Al Mehwar Commercial Investments LLC owned 2.99% of the company at the conclusion of the March quarter. At the same price, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund purchased 18 lakh shares of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre.
Information about the remaining purchasers of Vijaya Diagnostic stocks could not be confirmed.Vijaya Diagnostic Centre's stock price increased by 4.36% to end at Rs 816.60 on the NSE.
