71,000 youths recruited for government jobs through ‘Rozgar Mela’

Guwahati: At accordance with the Central Government's ongoing efforts, Rozgar Mela has been organised in over 45 sites across India.

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi launched the Rozgar Mela for the recruitment drive for 71 thousand personnel via video conferencing. 

Newly appointed individuals from all around the nation received appointment letters during the event for a variety of ministries and departments of the Government of India, including Group-A (Gazetted), Group-B, and Group-C, which included CAPF.

About 71,000 appointment letters were sent through video conferencing to newly recruited recruits under Rozgar Mela. The Rozgar Mela is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for increasing employment creation and giving young people worthwhile possibilities for empowerment and hands-on involvement in advancing the country. The Prime Minister addressed the crowd and declared that this massive recruiting campaign will usher in a new age of happiness for many families.

The Rozgar Mela was observed in several cities of India.

The aim of the central government is to give young people in the nation job possibilities, according to the prime minister.

A total of 197 people were chosen in Nagaland as a part of the programme this month, of whom 123 were chosen to join the Assam Rifles, 35 the CISF, 17, the BSF, 9 the SSB, 3 the ITBP, and 10, the NIT professoriate. 23 women who will join the Assam Rifles in the riflewomen category are also on the list.

Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju delivered employment letters to 42 youngsters in Arunachal Pradesh, of whom 19 were assigned to the Assam Rifles, 17 to the ITBP, and 6 to the SSB.

The "10 Lakh Recruitment Campaign," launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, included the mela.
