Amansa capital sells 2.2 pc stake in aavas financiers for rs 296 cr

New Delhi: Amansa Capital, a Singapore-based investment firm, recently offloaded a 2.2 percent stake in Aavas Financiers for ₹296 crore through an open market deal. According to bulk deal data provided by the BSE, Amansa Capital, via its subsidiary Amansa Holdings, sold 17,50,929 shares, representing a 2.2 percent ownership in Aavas Financiers.

The shares were sold at an average price of ₹1,690 each, resulting in a total transaction value of ₹295.90 crore. Following the sale, Amansa Capital's stake in Aavas Financiers decreased from 3.16 percent to 0.95 percent.

At the same price, Nippon India Mutual Fund purchased 10 lakh shares, according to the data. The identities of other buyers involved in the transaction could not be determined. Aavas Financiers' shares closed 0.18 percent higher at ₹1,690.10 each on the BSE.
