New Delhi: SPEL announced on Tuesday that it has received a Rs 26-crore order from a solar energy company for the installation of transformers. The company stated in a filing that it will be finished within five months. The project includes producing, delivering, and setting up 10 6 MVA, 800V/33KV transformers and 2 25/31.5MVA, 110/33KV transformers, and putting into operation a 110 KV switchyard (substation), as per the statement.
This order worth Rs 26 crore signifies an important accomplishment. The company's CMD Vee Rajmohan said that this signals the company's debut in switchyard (Substation) construction and commissioning, creating new possibilities in high-voltage infrastructure.
