New Delhi : Real estate company Signature Global has awarded a Rs 320 crore contract to ACC India for the development of its upscale residential project in Gurugram. ACC India Pvt Ltd has been assigned by the company to handle civil, structure, and part MEP work for all towers, basements, and other auxiliary buildings for the group housing project 'Twin Towers DXP' in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana. As per a company statement, the contract is worth Rs 320 crore in total. Signature Global has not initiated sales for this project.
Lalit Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, stated that this project will be exceptional and a standout in their portfolio. Aggarwal stated that it will be among the tallest buildings in the region and Arabian Construction Company, along with their Indian branch ACC India, has a reputation for building numerous notable skyscrapers in the Middle East and India, demonstrating their established skills in completing this project. Ani Ray, ACC India Pvt Ltd's Managing Director, announced that the company has been awarded the contract for Signature Global's 'Twin Towers DXP' project and will finish it within the given time frame.
Constructing residences for the increasing population in the nation brings us great joy. He mentioned that ACC has worked on notable projects like World ONE (84 floors, 285 meters) in Mumbai by Lodha Developers, 88 East Kolkata by Tata Housing & Keventers, and The 42 (62 floors, 255 meters). Signature Global awarded a construction contract worth Rs 1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts for their luxury housing project 'De-luxe DXP' in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram earlier this month. The housing project consists of 1008 units and covers an area of 16.65 acres. The overall available area for development is 28.12 lakh square feet.
