Itanagar: RK Joshi, the former Chief Engineer (Hydropower), has been appointed as the Chairman of the Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APSERC), while Advocate Nich Rika has been appointed as a member of APSERC.
On July 18, the oath-taking ceremony was held at the Conference Hall of the office of the Deputy Chief Minister here. Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein administered the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Joshi and Rika for their respective positions.
Mein congratulated the newly appointed officials and emphasised the important role they will play in expanding the APSERC’s scope to benefit the public.
