Mumbai: Remsons Industries Ltd, an automotive OEM components manufacturer supplying two, three and four-wheeler vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-highway vehicles all over India and automotive OEMs globally, has reported a net profit of 17 per cent to Rs 4 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 3.4 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023. Sales rose 25 per cent to Rs102.6 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 82.2 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023. EBITDA jumped 47 per cent to Rs 12.4 crore as against Rs 8.40 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023.
Commenting on the results, Krishna Kejriwal, Managing Director, said, “I am pleased to share that Remsons Industries has delivered one of its best-ever quarterly performances in 3Q and 9M FY25. In 3Q FY25, we achieved our highest-ever revenue, growing 25 per cent YoY to Rs 1,026 million. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 124 million, with a healthy 12 per cent margin. Notably, our net profit surged 17 per cent YoY to Rs 40 million, further strengthening our financial position. We remain firmly on track to achieve our revenue target of Rs 9,000- Rs 10,000 million by FY29.
