New Delhi: Real estate company Omaxe Ltd reported a combined net deficit of Rs 147.44 crore during the initial quarter of this financial year due to increased expenditures. The company incurred a net loss of Rs 106.32 crore in the same period last year.
According to a regulatory filing on August 13, the total revenue rose to Rs 385.23 crore in the April-June period of this fiscal year, up from Rs 220.85 crore in the same period of the previous year. Expenses increased to Rs 542.40 crore in the current quarter, up from Rs 352.39 crore in the previous year.
Omaxe is among the top real estate developers in the nation. It is operational in Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
