Keystone Realtors Q1 sales bookings up 22pc to Rs 611 crore

New Delhi: During the April-June quarter of this financial year, Keystone Realtors Ltd announced a 22 percent rise in its sales bookings to Rs 611 crore due to high demand for housing.

Keystone Realtors, known for selling properties under the Rustomjee brand, announced in a regulatory filing that they recorded pre-sales of Rs 611 crore in the current fiscal's first quarter, an increase from Rs 502 crore in the same period last year. The Mumbai company reported a 16 per cent decrease in sales bookings in terms of volume, dropping from 0.29 million square feet to 0.24 million square feet during the period in question.

Regarding the operational performance, Keystone Realtors CMD Boman Irani remarked that the first quarter of FY25 has established a trajectory for the year, signaling a turning point for the company as they build on the momentum from FY24.

Following our instructions, we have effectively initiated two projects this quarter, with an estimated GDV of Rs 2,017 crore, he said. He added that this "shows our dedication to continuous expansion and our preparedness for numerous launches this year." Irani mentioned that the company included a new redevelopment project in this quarter, with a gross development value of Rs 984 crore.
