Mumbai: Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd aims to achieve profitability by the end of the next fiscal year and has purchased three properties comprising approximately 178 rooms, as stated. The company in the hospitality industry, which is focused on creating environmentally friendly properties with no carbon footprint, is also set to reach 400-room capacity by the end of the month, according to the statement.
Eco Hotels & Resorts CFO Vikram Doshi stated that the company is dedicated to making a profit by the end of March 2026. Our goal is to quickly transform this company into one of the top hotel companies in India. In their initial year of establishment in India, Eco Hotels is introducing innovative practices in eco-friendly hospitality, the spokesperson confirmed.
Eco Hotels have also disclosed the procurement of three properties. These consist of a 90-room establishment in Mysore (Karnataka), a 44-room accommodation in Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh), and another 44-room property in Nagpur (Maharashtra).
