CMS Info Systems' Q1 net profit grows 7.71 pc to Rs 90.8 cr

Mumbai: CMS Info Systems, a leading cash logistics company, announced a 7.71 pc rise in its combined net earnings to Rs 90.8 crore for the quarter ending in June 2024.

The urban-based organization had announced an after-tax net income of Rs 84.28 crore in the previous year. The company's earnings increased by 17 percent to Rs 387 crore, with the operating profit reaching Rs 164 crore, representing an 8 percent growth compared to the previous year.

The vice chairman and chief executive, Rajiv Kaul, mentioned that Q1 is typically slow but he is pleased with the substantial revenue growth and margin profile. He mentioned that we are quite sure that the revenue will grow in the range of 15-19 per cent to hit our target revenue of Rs 2,600-2,700 crore for FY25.The main cash logistics company saw a 10 percent increase in revenue to reach Rs 387 crore, while the managed services and technology solutions business experienced a 31 percent growth to reach 239 crore.

Kaul stated that the revenue in FY25 for the managed services and technology solutions business will surpass Rs 1,000 crore. The company's stock rose by 3.49 percent to Rs 558.20 per share on the BSE, while the benchmark saw a 0.35 percent decline.
