Ashiana Housing sells properties worth Rs 403.49 cr in Gurugram housing project

New Delhi: Ashiana Housing, a real estate company, has recently made a sale of 168 apartments for a total of Rs 403.49 crore in its residential development in Gurugram due to high demand from buyers. Ashiana Housing Ltd announced on Wednesday that 168 apartments have been sold in the fourth phase of their child-focused project 'Ashiana Amarah'.

During the first day, 168 units out of 280 in Phase 4 have been reserved, amounting to an impressive sales value of Rs 403.49 crore. The sales area for Phase 4 is 4.95 lakh square feet, consisting of high-quality 3 BHK units," it stated. The entire project spans across 22 acres.
