New Delhi: Awfis Space Solutions Ltd, a leading coworking company, reported a consolidated profit of ₹2.78 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, driven by an increase in revenue. This marks a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹8.30 crore in the same period last year. According to a regulatory filing on August 13, the company's revenue rose to ₹267.8 crore in the April-June quarter of this fiscal year, up from ₹192.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Awfis is one of the top flexible workspace providers in India, offering a wide range of workspace solutions, from individual desks to customizable office spaces tailored for startups, SMEs, and large corporations. The company operates in Tier 1 and seven Tier 2 cities, covering a total of 16 cities and 48 micro-markets across India.
Currently, Awfis has 169 operational centers, comprising 5 million square feet and 1,00,398 desks. Additionally, 16 centers are undergoing fit-outs, which will add a total seating capacity of 11,640.
