Three key projects unveiled in Nagaland's Zunheboto

Zunheboto: Three crucial projects were inaugurated in Ighanumi under the Pughoboto sub-division of Zunheboto, Nagaland, on Thursday aiming to achieve "a Feasible and economically viable Agriculture by 2030" in the state, officials said. 

The projects included an agri-link road, RKVY power tiller path, and a waiting shed. Local MLA Sukhato A. Sema, who was present at the inauguration ceremony, urged farmers to mobilize effectively under Mission Organic Value Chain Development (MOVCD) to promote "self-sufficiency and food export" from Ighanumi. 

Sema urged the community to develop a sense of ownership and cooperation for the progress and development of all. Sub-divisional agriculture officer Kitoho Michael Swu highlighted the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) program, which includes the RKVY power tiller path. ADC Tiameren Chang encouraged farmers to preserve organic seeds and traditional agricultural practices and urged the public to "take advantage of the dynamic and efficient officers and leaders in the district for their welfare and betterment."

The program was attended by several senior officials.
