Guwahati: Bangalore-based Tessolve Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd., a prominent provider of semiconductor design and engineering services under the Hero Electronix group, is partnering with The Assam Royal Global University (RGU) to boost academic and research capabilities by integrating their industry expertise into the educational framework in the region.
The duo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a ceremony in Bangalore. The partnership will focus on fostering research and development in cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and data science.
Students from different departments, including the Royal School of Information Technology and the Royal School of Engineering and Technology, will benefit from internships, project-based learning opportunities and research collaborations facilitated by Tessolve.
As part of the agreement, Tessolve will conduct expert lectures, workshops and training programs to bridge the gap between academia and the demands of the semiconductor and electronics industry. The initiative is expected to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills, preparing them for successful careers in the tech industry.
