The position, titled "Data Collection Operator," requires employees to walk along test routes while wearing a motion-capture suit and a virtual reality headset for more than seven hours daily. In addition to physical activity, the role involves data collection, analysis, report writing, and handling minor equipment tasks. Candidates must meet specific physical criteria, including a height between 5'7" and 5'11", the ability to carry up to 30 lbs, and the endurance to operate VR equipment for extended periods.

Tesla offers a competitive pay range of 25.25 dollars to 48 dollars per hour (Rs 2,120 to Rs 4,000 per hour), depending on the individual's experience, skills, and location.
