The new release improves the speed of generating GST returns and reconciling GSTR 1, 2A, and 3B, making the process more seamless. It includes a digital payment request feature, allowing businesses to embed payment links or QR codes into invoices or reports, enabling customers to make payments through various modes such as debit/credit cards, EMIs, net banking, UPI, and mobile wallets.

The above feature aims to increase the speed of money movement and address cash flow problems for business owners. Tally has partnered with payment gateway providers Payu and Razorpay for this functionality.

TallyPrime 3.0 also enhances the reporting system with new filters for easier data management. It introduces a new user experience with the powerful ‘Go-To’ feature, connected capabilities for generating e-way bills and e-invoices within the product, and an adaptable reporting experience with features like Change View, Basis of Values, Exception reports, and Save View. The new version is available for free to users with an active TSS (Tally Software Services) subscription.

TallyPrime 3.0 introduces a revamped GST experience, offering flexibility for businesses to remain compliant with confidence in the face of constant changes made by the government.

The reporting system has been enhanced to allow the creation of unlimited custom reports with easy search and save capabilities. The software supports multi-GSTIN capability, enabling users to manage multiple GSTIN data in a single Tally Company, simplifying data management.

TallyPrime 3.0 aims to provide businesses with a more flexible, efficient, and user-friendly experience for managing GST compliance, reporting, and payment processing, thereby helping them streamline their operations and drive growth.
The company also aims to double its revenue and increase its customer base from 2.3 million to 3.5 million in the next few years. Tally Solutions plans to host sensitisation sessions, both independently and in collaboration with industry bodies, to help MSMEs address challenges and adopt automation.
