New Delhi: The laundry detergent brand Surf excel from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has surpassed the $1 billion sales threshold, becoming the first brand in the company's portfolio to do so.

HUL is the largest pure-play packaged consumer products firm in India, with fiscal year 2018 sales of 51,193.00 crore.
