Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy gets 2 new orders worth Rs 512 cr

New Delhi : Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (SWREL) announced on Tuesday that they have obtained two new contracts totaling Rs 512 crore. The company announced in an official report that it has been awarded two new EPC orders for solar projects in India from private IPPs, including a 250 MWp DC project in Gujarat and a 65 MWp DC project in Maharashtra.

SWREL stated that two private independent power producers (IPPs) have placed the orders. Amit Jain, Global CEO of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, stated that this year, 5 out of the 6 major domestic orders were from existing clients, demonstrating the trust customers have in the company to support their growth in the domestic renewable market.
