New Delhi: SMFG India Credit, a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC), aims to achieve assets under management (AUM) of Rs 60,000 crore by the end of the 2024-25 fiscal year.
On Tuesday, the company announced that its total AUM in the previous fiscal year amounted to Rs 45,000 crore. The NBFC plans to broaden its reach by expanding its branch network.
Over the past two years, 300 new branches were opened, primarily located in Tier 2 cities and rural regions. According to the statement, the NBFC now operates a total of 1,000 branches. The company emphasized that it will prioritize sustainable development and inclusive prosperity.
