Suwon- si: Jong-Hee (JH) Han, Vice Chairman, CEO, and Head of Samsung Electronics' Device eXperience (DX) Division, is presently on his second trip to India this year, the company stated today. Han visits Samsung's Noida facility, where the business produces smartphones, tablets, and refrigerators, as part of a trip that indicates the South Korean giant's increasing interest in the nation.

At the beginning of the year, Samsung revealed its "AI for All" goal, which seeks to enhance consumer lives by providing hyper-connectivity and artificial intelligence through open cooperation.
This year, Samsung's Bespoke AI home appliances, including refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines, and its premium Galaxy AI smartphones have
combined to create a distinctive linked device ecosystem that allows customers to save energy besides providing convenience, connectivity and comfort.

This ‘One Samsung’ experience driven by advanced technology has helped create differentiation for the company’s products and is driving strong consumer interest in segments such as premium refrigerators, which has been growing rapidly over the past years in India as consumers shift to big capacity refrigerators providing enhanced features. Samsung continues to show leadership, introducing premium products into the market with Bespoke design and AI features.

“India is one of the biggest and fastest-growing markets globally and offers a huge opportunity for Samsung,” said Han. “We were among the first companies to invest in India, and I am happy that the Noida factory has emerged as one of our biggest facilities, manufacturing not only for India, but for the world.”

Han also commended the efforts being made by R&D teams in India to create innovative goods and services.

Samsung has made significant investments in three research and development (R&D) facilities, a design center in Noida, and two cutting-edge manufacturing units in Sriperumbudur, all as part of their steadfast commitment to "Make in India." Two of the three R&D centers, which foster innovation for both domestic and international goods, are situated in Noida, while the third is in Bengaluru.
