Duliajan: National PSU Oil India Limited's Resident Chief Executive, Prasanta Borkakoty was awarded Exemplary Leader award under the Individual Category in the recently concluded 31st edition of World HRD Congress.
During the weekly management meeting at Field Headquarters (FHQ), Duliajan, Rajeev Baruah, ED (HR&A) handed over the award to Prasanta Borkakoty in the presence of all Head of the Departments of FHQ. This award is a testament to his exceptional leadership and tireless efforts to create a positive and inclusive work environment that inspires and motivates all.
