New Delhi: Rajnish Wellness Ltd, a retailer of wellness, personal, and medical care products, announced on Tuesday that it plans to spend Rs 50 crore to launch 33 new stores throughout India. The company statement said that the growth of Rajnish Wellness will bring about considerable employment prospects in the areas where the new stores will be situated.

As per the announcement, Rs 50 crore will be allocated by the company to establish 33 new Dava Discount + Grocery Super Market outlets throughout India, alongside its current 100+ Dava Discount pharmacy franchises. "Our company aims to open 33 stores in line with our goal of offering affordable and easily accessible healthcare options to individuals throughout India." Rajnish Kumar Singh, the Promoter of Rajnish Wellness, stated that these stores will function on a significantly larger level than typical supermarkets, positioning them as a key asset for our company moving forward.

The Dava Discount + Grocery Super Market stores will offer both medical and grocery services in one location, giving customers a convenient one-stop shop for all their daily needs. It was mentioned that Rajnish Wellness has also obtained a contract from the Indian Railways to establish 270 Dava Discount stores in West Bengal, in addition to the new stores.

The Eastern Railway contract has been categorized into three groups according to store size, location, and anticipated foot traffic. The top tier is reserved for the biggest stores in busy locations, the middle tier for medium-sized stores in areas with many customers, and the lowest tier for smaller stores in less populated areas or small train stations. This classification ensures that the Dava Discount stores are sized and placed correctly to cater to various customer groups and train stations. These stores are designed to serve railway passengers and staff, offering them convenient access to necessary medications and healthcare items.
