Organized by The Institute of Economic Growth in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, the three-day conclave features multiple sessions addressing a variety of economic issues. Modi expressed confidence that these discussions would further accelerate India's economic progress.

Highlighting the strategic importance of regions for the global economy, particularly regarding energy security, Modi noted the increasing trust and self-confidence in India, positioning it as a key global player. Currently, India ranks as the fifth largest economy by GDP, leads in global FinTech adoption, and is the world's second-largest mobile manufacturer, as well as the largest manufacturer of two-wheelers and tractors.

Modi also pointed out India's demographic advantage as the youngest country in the world and its substantial pool of scientists and technicians in science, technology, and innovation. He credited the government's "reform, perform, and transform" strategy for its reelection after 60 years.

In his address, Modi outlined the government's achievements in the first three months of its third term, including bold policy changes, a strong commitment to jobs and skills, a focus on sustainable growth and innovation, and the development of modern infrastructure. He emphasized that the confidence of 140 crore citizens is a tremendous asset for the government.
