On Thursday, the company revealed the acquisition of 10,600 square meters of land worth Rs 180 crore, including GST, lease rent, and stamp duty, which is equal to 2.6 acres. The land parcel is located in sector 10 of Greater Noida West, precisely at Plot number C-6. Recently, the Greater Noida Authority acquired the land through an auction.
Nirala World Plans New Commercial Project and Luxury Residential Development in Greater Noida West
The Chairman and Managing Director of Nirala World, Suresh Garg, announced their intention to build a commercial project (such as a mall or high street) on the newly purchased land. The project will be developed using the company's own funds. He stated that once UPRERA and authorities approve, construction for the luxury residential project 'Nirala Trio' in Sector 2, Greater Noida West will commence. The plan includes 400 units and is estimated to be worth around Rs 11,000 per square foot. Nirala World has finished a development called 'Nirala Estate' in Greater Noida West which spans 25 acres and includes 4,050 residences. Up to now, buyers have received 3,600 units, with the remaining 450 units to be delivered soon
