New Delhi : Real estate company Macrotech Developers announced a 21 percent rise in sales bookings, totaling Rs 4,290 crore, in the July-September period due to increased demand for housing. In the previous year, Macrotech Developers, located in Mumbai and known for selling properties under the Lodha brand, had achieved sales of properties totaling Rs 3,530 crore. The company is heavily present in both the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. It has also made its way into the Bengaluru market.
According to a regulatory document, Macrotech Developers announced that they had a record quarterly pre-sales of Rs 42.9 billion (Rs 4,290 crore), representing a 21 percent growth compared to the previous year, despite the inauspicious 'Shradhh' period falling in September this fiscal year instead of October in the previous year. The amount of funds totaled Rs 3,070 crore during the second quarter of this fiscal year, showing an 11 pc increase from the same period last year.
Macrotech Developers announced the acquisition of four new land parcels in Pune and Bengaluru, with a revenue potential of Rs 5,500 crore. The company is confident in achieving a 20% growth target in sales bookings for the current fiscal year. Macrotech Developers saw a 20 percent increase in sales bookings, reaching a new high of Rs 14,520 crore in 2023-24, compared to Rs 12,060 crore the year before. It has aimed to sell properties totaling Rs 17,500 crore in this fiscal year. The company has completed approximately 100 million square feet of real estate and is currently working on over 110 million square feet in its existing and future projects
