New Delhi: Macrotech Developers Ltd, known for its Lodha brand, has acquired full ownership of Opexefi Services and One Box Warehouse for approximately Rs 100 crore to expand its industrial and warehousing parks development business. The company signed Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) to make Opexefi Services Pvt Ltd (Opexefi) and One Box Warehouse Pvt Ltd (One Box) fully-owned subsidiaries, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
The acquisitions are part of Macrotech's strategy for controlled expansion in digital infrastructure, specifically in the industrial and logistics sectors.
