Incuspaze takes on lease 3.25 lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru to expand managed workspace biz

New Delhi: Incuspaze, a coworking company, has rented 325,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru in order to grow its business and meet the increasing need for flexible workspace solutions. The corporation has acquired a space at the QUBE Software Park, located on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Bengaluru.

The new facility will be able to seat over 5,000 people. In the previous month, Incuspaze leased 1.56 lakh square feet of office space in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Our entrance into this renowned area is evidence of our dedication to offering high-quality workspaces in optimal business settings.

Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner at Incuspaze, mentioned that the Outer Ring Road in Bangalore is a highly desirable area for IT growth due to its spacious land availability, close proximity to skilled IT professionals, and residential hubs. Founder and CEO of Incuspaze, Sanjay Choudhary, stated that this partnership represents a major move in promoting creativity and developing a dynamic environment for advancement. Incuspaze stated that its decision to expand in Bengaluru is due to India's growth-focused environment, which remains appealing to both local and international tenants.

Within the next year, Incuspaze plans to increase its office space by 2 million sq ft in Bengaluru and other major cities in southern India. Founded in 2016, Incuspaze is situated in 44 spots across 18 cities and has a combined area of 4 million square feet.
