Dabur adds 2 lakh outlets to its network in FY24, highest by any FMCG player

New Delhi: In the fiscal year 2024, Indian company Dabur India has expanded its sales network by two lakh outlets, marking the largest increase by any FMCG company in the nation. In the most recent annual report of the company, Chairman Mohit Burman stated that currently, 80% of Indian households use one or multiple Dabur products, making them Dabur households.

He mentioned that Dabur India currently possesses one of the most extensive and comprehensive distribution networks in the sector, covering more than 7.9 million retail outlets and reaching 1,22,000 villages. Burman informed the company's shareholders that 200,000 outlets have been included in their network this year, representing the largest increase by any FMCG company in India.

He also mentioned that Dabur's direct presence now extends to 1.42 million retail stores. He stated that Dabur now possesses an extensive and extensive distribution network within the industry, along with a diverse portfolio of products.

Furthermore, Burman stated that Dabur's recently established therapeutics division is expanding successfully, with our reach now including 1.1 lakh Ayurvedic and Allopathic doctors. He stated that despite the difficult operating conditions, Dabur India still managed to increase its presence in Indian homes through its natural products and customer-focused advancements.

During FY24, Dabur launched 14 new products following its plan to grow its high-quality product range and overall market potential. It was also mentioned that these releases represented Dabur's introduction into various developing categories such as mosquito repellent liquid vaporisers, cooling hair oils, gel toothpaste, teas, and shower gels.

Additionally, Dabur's brands focused on digital platforms have generated a total revenue of more than Rs 100 crore in the financial year 2024. Dabur, the company behind products like Dabur Chyawanprash, Dabur Honey, Dabur PudinHara, Dabur Lal Tail, Dabur Amla, Dabur Red Paste, Real and Vatika, intends to expand its presence even more.
