New Delhi: Ashiana Housing Ltd intends to introduce four projects this fiscal year as part of its growth strategy. Ashiana Housing announced that two out of the four projects will be situated in Jaipur and Chennai.
In the present financial year, Ankur Gupta, Joint MD of Ashiana Housing, stated that the company aims to purchase 25-30 lakh square feet for further development. Ashiana Housing has five senior living projects in Bhiwadi NCR, Lavasa-Pune, Chennai, and Jaipur, with a total of 2,500 units and residents.
During 2023-24, the company's revenue was Rs 1,800 crore. Gupta stated that we anticipate earning Rs 2,000 cr in revenue in the current fiscal year.
The need for senior living communities in India is increasing as the population aged 60 and above is expected to reach 340 million by 2050, requiring a mix of healthcare, security, and social interaction. Ashiana Housing expressed its readiness to fulfill this demand.
