New Delhi: Emperium Pvt Ltd, a real estate company, plans to construct a 40-acre township in Yamunanagar and a housing project in Gurugram in the next three years, expecting to generate around Rs 775 crore in revenue. Since the beginning, Emperium has built 1.7 million square feet of residential areas, finishing 1,320 units in Panipat City only, generating a total revenue of Rs 341 crore.

The company announced on Monday that they aim to create 1,055 more units, totaling 2.1 million square feet within the next three years. A luxury residential project named PREMIO will be constructed in Gurugram, along with a 40-acre township project called EMPERIUM RESORTICO in Yamunagar. Ravi Saund, Founder Director of Emperium Pvt Ltd, has stated that the estimated revenue for these two new projects is Rs 775 crore.

In the Gurugram venture, the company plans to construct 216 flats. In Yamunanagar city, there are villas, plots, floors, and SCOs available for purchase. Saund stated that the company has successfully completed top-notch projects in key markets in Haryana and is looking to expand business in the state. He mentioned that the company planned to initiate additional projects in Panipat.

In the future, we believe our new projects will surpass the market's expectations, rather than just meeting them. Saund stated that by having a clear vision and deliberately expanding into promising areas, they are ready to greatly improve their position in the Haryana real estate industry. He observed that the need for housing in Gurugram, along with other Tier II cities in Haryana, remains high. Per PropEquity, there was an 11 per cent increase in residential property sales in 30 Tier II towns last fiscal, showing that the growth in housing demand is not limited to major cities. In the fiscal year 2023-24, housing sales rose to 2,07,896 units from 1,86,951 units in the previous year.
